“I’ve had a great experience with StoragePRO on Spaans Drive in Galt. The facility is very clean, spacious, and well maintained, and management has always been kind, professional, helpful, and quick to respond.

One of the biggest things for me is feeling like my belongings are secure. I really appreciate the level of attention management gives to the property. They regularly check the facility and even pay attention to the locks on the individual units. If they notice that your lock has been changed or something doesn’t look right, they will contact you to confirm that it was actually you who changed it and make sure there isn’t a reason to be concerned. That extra attention gives me a lot of peace of mind.

I also accidentally threw away my keys and had to contact management to have my lock cut off. There was a small charge, which was completely reasonable, and he was able to take care of it promptly so I could access my storage unit right away. I was also able to purchase a really good-quality replacement lock from them for what I felt was a very reasonable price, which made it easy to get my unit secured again immediately.

The pricing for the storage unit itself is very reasonable as well. For me, it is absolutely worth it to have a clean, secure place to keep all of my holiday decorations and seasonal items instead of having them take up valuable space and get in the way at home.
