“Asa was very kind and helpful during my visit today. I have had a unit here currently for about 6 months & haven’t ran into many of the staff during the hours I am here. Finally made it early enough to get to the office and ask how to acquire a new set of keys and lock for my unit. He advised me there was updates needed in my profile that the former office worker seemed to have skipped over. Made sure everything was squared away and opened my new lock for me, offered me water and a ride over to my unit to avoid walking in the heat. Super friendly and professional - not something you find in customer service workers these days! Thank you Asa :)”

“I’ve had a great experience with StoragePRO on Spaans Drive in Galt. The facility is very clean, spacious, and well maintained, and management has always been kind, professional, helpful, and quick to respond. One of the biggest things for me is feeling like my belongings are secure. I really appreciate the level of attention management gives to the property. They regularly check the facility and even pay attention to the locks on the individual units. If they notice that your lock has been changed or something doesn’t look right, they will contact you to confirm that it was actually you who changed it and make sure there isn’t a reason to be concerned. That extra attention gives me a lot of peace of mind. I also accidentally threw away my keys and had to contact management to have my lock cut off. There was a small charge, which was completely reasonable, and he was able to take care of it promptly so I could access my storage unit right away. I was also able to purchase a really good-quality replacement lock from them for what I felt was a very reasonable price, which made it easy to get my unit secured again immediately. The pricing for the storage unit itself is very reasonable as well. For me, it is absolutely worth it to have a clean, secure place to keep all of my holiday decorations and seasonal items instead of having them take up valuable space and get in the way at home. Between the cleanliness, security, reasonable pricing, and genuinely helpful management, I’ve been very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend StoragePRO on Spaans Drive Galt.”

“Came in looking for a covered parking for my rv but none available at this site. However, Sara was absolutely pleasant to speak to and would recommend coming if you need uncovered parking. It's a nice facility”

“Gary is so kind and helpful! They remained kind to us even when we missed a payment and had to pay late. We appreciate the customer service that is provided here and we appreciate that the owners keep the property clean and safe for when we had our whole home packed in a unit for the last few months. I would for sure recommend this place!”
