“The lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. She explained everything and walked me through every step. Honestly the best customer service I've had.”
“Getting storage here was easy and contactless. They sent me a text with all the information - gate code and unit number. I even received a free lock. Nice bonus.”
“We’re big fans of the business units at this site — and Gary is outstanding. He’s consistently attentive to our needs and delivers exceptional customer service every time. Thank you Gary and Sentry for all your support.”
“I received great help from Leo today. He helped me get into the storage unit I needed quickly and with all the details necessary to help me start using my unit the same day.”
“Great storage place. I have stored items here twice. Very easy to reserve, access, and pay. Staff are very helpful and friendly! Erica is amazing and so helpful.”
“We chose IN Self Storage located on Waterman because of its location, very convenient close to home, its cleanliness, and offers competitive deals. Jaynie, the store onsite manager is very helpful. She’s very prompt to assist with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable self storage. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Jaynie for helping us set up our account. You make it easy and simple ??”
“Small storage facility, clean and well kept grounds. Secured with a key pad for in and out. Simple and easy payments online. Edit: I actually got another storage unit here for my Son. I am really satisfied with this facility.”
“I looked online for storage units and this one was a reasonable price. Dustin, the owner, called me about the reservation and I was able to do a self guided tour of 2 available units. The process of selecting a unit was quick and easy! This is a great option and I highly recommend choosing them for storage. Easy cancellation process too!”
“Good customer service and very courteous with me. The manager Sue and Noel assistant manager are very professional and the property is clean and well maintained.”
“EZ Storage in Elk Grove is one of the best storage, regardless of location, service, or cleanliness. The storage is next to Hwy-99, not far from the Sheldon exit on the west side of the freeway. Super easy to get in and out of the storage. They do not only have storage units. They have RVs and boat storage in this location too! However, no covered spaces for RVs or boats. The main storage building is two stories. The upper-level units are very reasonably priced if you don't have large items moving in and out all the time. You can get a decent price storage unit in this location. Save lots of money over a more extended period of time.”
“Staff skipped his lunch to assist me, show me my unit and also cleaned out the unit before I moved anything in. He is truly a dedicated employee and has excellent customer service skills.”

“From the day I first signed up, and every interaction since the staff were always kind, helpful and down to earth. The facility is clean and wide open. Definitely not cramped and tight like some storage spaces can be. The price was great for the size space I had, and even when I no longer needed the space, and called to close out my account a day before billing, they kindly reimbursed the auto-pay that was taken because there is a 30 day cancellation clause in their contract that I was unaware of. Obviously they didn't need to do that, and I doubt they want to make that a habit, but they were understanding enough of my situation and worked with me despite the responsibility being mine for that oversight. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility.”
