“I’ve had my personal property stored here for 11 years, but it looks like I’m finally going to be clearing out my space soon. So I wanted to leave a review for anyone considering using this facility in Elk Grove. I highly recommend Harbour Point Self Storage. It’s easy access and because it’s outside storage easy to move things in or out. I’ve been dealing with Michelle the whole time I’ve been here and she’s now the property manager. She is very friendly, and very professional. She’s easy to work with unlike a lot of storage facilities where the employees don’t seem to care. She makes sure the property is well maintained, the office is clean as are the restrooms. She’s the kind of employee every owner should have working for them… she’s always got a smile for you and is upbeat and positive…Steve”

“Ive been a customer here for 3 years . Its my first and only place ive ever paid for storage. The storage sized are unique in the one size i had a 7 wide x10 deep inside unit that had a high open space about 12 ft . Then i upgraded to a 12 by 20. The units are like new , the place is secure and access is easy from two main gates and seperate exits. Staff made the changes i needed and always friendly. Highly recomend this place”

“EZ Storage in Elk Grove is one of the best storage, regardless of location, service, or cleanliness. The storage is next to Hwy-99, not far from the Sheldon exit on the west side of the freeway. Super easy to get in and out of the storage. They do not only have storage units. They have RVs and boat storage in this location too! However, no covered spaces for RVs or boats. The main storage building is two stories. The upper-level units are very reasonably priced if you don't have large items moving in and out all the time. You can get a decent price storage unit in this location. Save lots of money over a more extended period of time.”

“This is my first time renting a unit at Extra Space. The place is very clean and quiet. I love the 24 hour access. I rented it online and it was super simple. I have another storage unit somewhere else but it doesn’t have 24 hour access. I just hope that my rent doesn’t start going up and keep getting raised every six months like my other one. *****UPDATE*****Since the review above, I have rented two more storage units. The third unit I rented, I decided two days later, was going to be too small and I went into the office and talked to the manager and was given a refund for that unit, and then rented the larger one. I am very happy with the service there, so far.”

The process of selecting a unit was quick and easy! This is a great option and I highly recommend choosing them for storage. Easy cancellation process too!”

“I found All Storage at the last minute ( I mean last minute, a few hours before the move) after a bad customer service experience with Public Storage, they had availability and the rental process was VERY easy. I was worried that I wouldn't make the drop off before closing, but because I was able to set the gate code during the booking, I was able to access the space after hours. I would definitely recommend, super easy process and affordably price for the size unit.”

“I LOVE Laguna storage. OMG, the customer service is beyond stellar. I went in there on a hot moving day in Elk Grove and was met by Noelle at the desk. She was friendly, knowledgeable and SO helpful with everything. Moving is a major pain (who likes it anyway?!) and Noelle quickly got me to the right size unit and walked me over to the unit and I signed the paperwork lickety- split. Sue and Jerry were equally helpful and pleasant as my time for a storage unit was finished and had my paperwork and checked my unit in about 5 mins...such service! I live across Laguna Blvd in my new apt. and will tell everyone about the crew, clean units and excellent service LSS gave me. Bravo guys! Thank you, Thank you!”

“From the day I first signed up, and every interaction since the staff were always kind, helpful and down to earth. The facility is clean and wide open. Definitely not cramped and tight like some storage spaces can be. The price was great for the size space I had, and even when I no longer needed the space, and called to close out my account a day before billing, they kindly reimbursed the auto-pay that was taken because there is a 30 day cancellation clause in their contract that I was unaware of. Obviously they didn't need to do that, and I doubt they want to make that a habit, but they were understanding enough of my situation and worked with me despite the responsibility being mine for that oversight. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility.”
