“I have just had Michael's Carpet in Huntington Beach fit flooring throughout my home and found them to be an excellent company with a great team. From start to finish the whole experience has been first rate, and I would happily recommend them to anyone who needs their floors done. Mike and his workers have been friendly and approachable, with absolutely gorgeous flooring samples. My husband and I came and went a dozen times to try out samples until we were able to find the perfect color and style that we liked. Right from the start, they were punctual, polite and patient in answering our questions and evaluating our preferences. It took us 2 months until we decided on the type of flooring for our home. Because of their expert installation, my house looks perfect with the LVP. It took them only one day and a half to complete my house because their team is so good at their work. Every plank of luxury vinyl was placed just right between them so that my carpenter can place the baseboard and shoes over it. It was truly impressive how they made my house look like a magazine cover. Michael's Carpet solved a difficult problem for me, and did an excellent job at it; I had a problem with the kind of castor cups to put under my piano so the floors would not scratch. They were excellent in helping and solved our problem. Their quality of workmanship was outstanding, and they were as helpful and responsive as it is possible to be in a difficult customer-service domain. The team was cheerful, communicative, and accommodating, and didn't mind putting in the extra effort to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. The space was treated with deference throughout the installation, and any dirt was easily cleaned up, or was never present in the first place. I am very satisfied with the order of my floors, Michael's Carpets is really amazing service. I have used them in the past 5 years to place carpeting in my son's bedroom and flooring in the other 2 bedrooms of our home. I'm so glad we chose them to do the flooring for our new addition room and entire house. If you chose them, you won't be disappointed. Thank you, Mike and his team for your work. “This is a fabulous company to do business with. They really do care about their customer service. We experienced this first hand. We had two separate issues ( that cost the company time and money) however they were more concerned about us the customer than their bottom line. “I had called a few local upholstery shops asking for same-day couch cushion refilling. I was between Mesa Upholstery and another local spot, but went with Mesa due to Alex's customer service. I honestly hadn't looked at the reviews so I was nervous when I realized the ratings weren't super high and I had already scheduled with them. Alex went absolutely above and beyond to make this work for me. I had to have a quick turnaround on the cushions and he sent his delivery driver all the way from Sherman Oaks to complete the cushions at the Costa Mesa location while he was in between deliveries. The price was fair and comparable to other quotes I got. His driver/upholsterer, Raul, was extremely friendly and did great work. I believe Mesa Upholstery is now owned by Psardo Interiors in Sherman Oaks. They do their work in Sherman Oaks now and the Costa Mesa building is up for lease. The showroom is closed and has a "by appointment only" sign on the front door. Here's the thing, the Costa Mesa location kind of sucks and there are unfortunately a lot of homeless people wandering the area. I'd definitely recommend that this business make it known who the owners are, when they took over and what their plan is. Psardo Interiors has great reviews so I don't doubt their workmanship, but it seems like the Mesa Upholstery side of things is in limbo right now.I was able to text Alex to schedule the work which was so helpful. I had other shops forgetting to call me back and being very unclear whether or not they could do the work. I would give this place a chance for smaller jobs and take advantage of their pick-up/delivery services. I'm not sure what their plan for business in Costa Mesa is, but I definitely had a good experience!”

Only issue is he seemed offended when you would question prices or want an explanation for prices. Great carpet and quick install. Good company.Response to reply: The owners response is not true. I was actually not given a discount, I was given a higher rate than the rate I paid for a job I had done earlier that SAME week because of "the economy" and a brand new rule that must have just been put in to effect within the few days.
