The employee at that location seemed interested only in handling laundry services and collecting payments. He refused to assist with my FedEx return, and his attitude was very poor and unprofessional. I was disappointed with the customer service I received.

They dont follow their posted hours. They show up whenever. Signs were posted for holiday hours but they couldn't even make it on-time then either. WORTHLESS
