Buyer Beware!!! They promised 8 weeks and took over 20 weeks to rebuild 8 shocks on my Tatum car. They re used same hardware (hoses, bump stops, coil spacers) all through the shocks on a 5,500$ build sheet (I shipped them in and they rebuilt and shipped them back) and these pieces cost minimal (10-20$ each). Front bypasses leaked second trip out and I'm told they won't be warrantied until they're verified to be in spec. They literally just built them and replaced all shocks out of spec.... The response is very minimal and nobody checks there emails. I would avoid them and go with anyone else.

I have a 2022 Ford F-150 with a 6" lift kit. I am not a fan of mediocrity, so when the rear kit came with blocks I tossed them and replaced them with new rear leaf springs that are sprung to provide the lift -> safer, rides better, doesn't lool like a pavement princess. There are few shocks made for 6" kits for my truck. None of them are even decent which is why I called King. These people are pros. They don't stock shocks- they custom make them for each vehicle. my set work beautifully. The ride, even on pavement was SUBSTANTIALLY better than the F-X shocks the truck came with. Off Road there is zero comparison. If you got the wallet, and want something done right there is no one else I would trust than the team at King. I did the install myself in my driveway in about 45 min. Super stoked on my experience and the product. Thank you Team King

This pass week I recently had the pleasure of meeting Marvin at King Shocks, and I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service he provided. Marvin was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable insights that made my experience seamless and enjoyable. I must say that Luciano Hernandez is the person that helped me. He couldn't make me any promises on the turnaround time for a king shock I had rebuilt. However he said he would try his best and he did exactly that. He always kept me informed I must say for the first time ever buying king shocks and the customer service I had with Luciano was a great experience. I will definitely come back and deal with him again. I just want to give him a big Thank You for taking care of me.

It's true what everyone is saying in the reviews. They make good shocks....but that's it.... they're not even great. Their customer service is hot garbage. I received an suspension kit from one of their main distributors with the wrong hardware. The distributor AccuTune told me that King will not respond to any request to fix the issue. Paid several thousand dollars and can't finish the install because king refuses to help. I've called king multiple times and days and left messages with Erin. She keeps telling me that Tony is not available and will call me back. It's been over a month now and I still can't get Tony on the phone. Guess I'll be charging back this entire order through my credit card now. This issue was an easy fix and you could've had a happy customer. Just because King have a big following doesn't mean it's good. They just spend a lot on marketing. You're better off going somewhere else. Learn from my mistake.

Just got off the phone with Tony at King Offroad Racing Shocks. Needed to get a part to get me back on the road and Tony took care of it right away. Can’t say enough about King’s product and service. Thanks again, Tony!

Its a good thing King has a following because their customer service sucks!! 5 months and finally got my shocks from the shop that ordered them. They showed up without finned reservoirs, I made a simple call to King to talk about it and was told that "its not my problem, call the shop that placed the order" my order sheet was correct and was just trying to get it worked out. Probably go another route for shocks on the next truck we do.

Only shocks I will ever use on my off road trucks simply because they have not only great products but also the best customer service!
