Bad services because at first I have my numbers with iphone6 plus then I lose the SIM card and replace a SIM card with another phone and get charged 20 usd and after that I cannot go back to the previous phone with the same numbers unless I payed another 20

A worker named Flor was so helpful and good at her work when I went there to get a iPhone for my son for Christmas she helped me get it And I was in and out shes works quick and is very helpful with any issues thank you Flor for the best customer service ??

I went in for a phone replacement and Alicia helped me with any problem and guided me step by step through my whole activation process. Alicia and her assistant is really nice & professional. I definitely recommend this place. They’re over all service and experience here was just excellent! ?

This store must not like to make money. Came in for an upgrade. One worker is helping a customer, the other worker is putting tags on inventory. I asked the worker who is not helping any customer for the phone, she said she will be with me in a bit, she is trying to finish up with her labels. I waited for 10 minutes and still no help, so I left. Any decent customer service place would stop whatever they are doing to help customer and to make money...

I'm extremely unsatisfied with this location. I wish I could put 0 stars. They didn't help or offer solutions. My mother's phone battery expanded and no longer works. She went to this Metro PCS location (10/16/2020; around 1pm) in search of a replacement for the battery. She was "attended" by some girl who was literally doing nothing. I wish I had her name so I can report her to her higher ups. The girl told my mom she couldn't help her because my mom opened the back of the phone. Which my mom gave her a puzzled look and then the girl looked at her coworker for guidance. He was nicer and said you can open the back but sorry it's an old phone we no longer offer that battery but that she could buy it off Amazon. Although he was nicer, they both neglected to offer them a chance/SOLUTION to maybe look at a new phone. You would think since the girl isn't doing anything but staring into space that this would be her chance to make a sale... so they ended that conversation with "sorry we can't do anything more for you." So my dad who was with my mom politely asked "if we purchase a new phone is there anyway to save her old info." The girl said no. She needs to know her email. Which I'm sure my mom needs her gmail which she knows by the way and it was never an issue to other employees before who wanted to make a sale but the girl clearly didn't want to help her or work so they left. Thanks to this girls shitty attitude and poor excuse she calls "customer service". I'll be adding my mom to my SPRINT acct. Thanks for nothing Metro, I really hope you train your employees better before you continue losing more clients to people who clearly don't care about working for you.
