The guys at the Harbor blvd store are awesome! We had a terrible experience with total wireless refusing to give us our transfer PINS, so they found a way to help us out and stayed probably an hour after they closed to make sure we was able to get our phones !!!

Great Customer Service, informative & helpful , Thanks for all your help Bobby . I appreciate your help for assisting me and my mom with transferring her over from cricket to metro with a new phone, she will have less issues with such a better plan now that she left that other phone company !
