Never been to the physical store so can't speak to that, but I did order online. Stoked to find brands I had trouble finding elsewhere and shipping was free and scary fast. I'm super pleased.

All the ladies that would at Nail Labo are so sweet and helpful! They are there to answer any questions and are great at recommending alternatives if something isn't available.
