I called this location in a panic to try to save a neonatal kitten. My call was answered by Mr. Tanaka. After briefly explaining the situation, he did not hesitate to leave what I needed at the front of the register. I came and paid and left.
Sadly, the kitten did not make it. But that’s not my point here. Mr. Tanaka went above and beyond any type of expectation to help how he could.

“Love it here, and buy my food here because pet co and pet smart don’t sell Fromm. They are all very friendly and very helpful. The only down side is I’m only off Sat and Sun and they are closed Sunday. Wish they were closed Monday instead.”
