The place is not too big but also not too small, though it can be a bit disorganized and not as neat as other stores. You have to dig through some shelves, but the items are really cute and cheap, making it worth it. The employees are very nice, friendly, and welcoming, with an organized system. Service is quick and smooth for returns and exchanges. The checkout line can be long but moves quickly. A minor detail is that the place is quite dark and dim due to lighting. The restroom received a complaint. Despite small issues, it is a pretty good Ross with awesome deals, and customers will definitely be back.
It's the best ross I've been too. Clean, fast, and good value. Got a 7 pack of mens hanes socks for 6.99. good deal. Found a wahl haircut kit for 20 bucks too. Has a bit of everything. Was only in line for like 3 mins. Over all would definitely reccomend.

This place has really honest and helpful employees. My expensive phone and earbuds fell out of my jacket pocket. Employee could have easily taken them home. They were brought to the list and found. Thanks nice people!

Love shopping at Ross. Must have been to everyone in California. Almost great prices. Good gear. Even luggage for good deals
