So today I learned if it says return policy within 30 days, they really mean short of 30 days! But the manager was very helpful and gave me back my refund

It seems like Ross is now making you jump hoops when it comes to returns. I couldn’t find my receipt and have made returns using Apple Pay. I made my purchase using Apple Pay but the store manager Kathy Mora refused to accept my refund.

One cashier on a very busy Saturday night during Christmas week. Horrible, the line was all the way around the back of the store and not enough staff. Waited in line over an hour.
