“I had the best experience today with Armstrong Towing.
After stupidly driving over a large piece of metal and getting a flat tire, I contacted Tesla Roadside for help. I was placed in limbo for 50 minutes before a Tesla agent even acknowledged me. The only good thing they did was dispatch Armstrong Towing out to help. The Tesla estimate was 60 minutes. I almost cried. Fortunately, help arrived in less than 30 minutes from when the agent said he contacted the company. Malosi was professional, helpful, and efficient. My car was carefully loaded onto the bed, and we were on our way.”

“Honestly i never write reviews, but this was a must. My car got towed away (i have issues with the property manager) which led me to this place. After reading the reviews i was worried about how i was even gonna get my car back. I got there, talked to the man behind a very tiny slot. Guy was very kind, especially Nathan. Super helpful. I saw the reviews on how it says they are super rude, but I get these guys. You come with attitude i dont see no wrong if they treat you with attitude. Treat others how you want to be treated. Didnt have a hard time at all. Reason why i give it 4 stars is because my front lip on the front bumper of my car was broken. Bummed out about that but understandable since my car is lowered. Happy with the custumer service, and I wouldnt mind if I got my car towed by them and i have to pick it up at their lot.”

“I’ve had my share of using transport companies. The brokers are usually a nightmare. Orange auto transport was not like my past experiences with other transport companies. Orange auto transport did exactly what they said they were going to do.
Everything worked out the way it was supposed to. I will be using them again.”
