“I used Soul Spa Movers for a relocation of my Spa. The communication was great and would always have a fast response. They were on time and transferred my spa with care. I learned that they also transport other large backyard items such as outdoor kitchens etc…”

“(I would give 10 ++++ just for Andre alone!) But I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 for an unrelated reason, & because I just rented a car & the previous person used the fix-a-flat. So the next day, when my tire went flat while going online & after being without a car all week, I had 0 fix-a-flat & a broken pump. But worse, the fix-a-flat was used on that very tire that busted through the fix-a-flat, & I was stranded with a dead phone & a huge headache after being without a car all week. But the employee Andre is the best employee or human I’ve encountered in my lifetime. I specifically choose to come 90 miles to this location when there was one 65 miles away just for his customer service. He is someone who I feel carries the entire rental locations he works at by himself. If there’s 8 customers he’s taking care 7 while other employees are taking care of 1. And I KNOW I will be taken care of if I go to the location he’s working at! He will ALWAYS find a way to fix a problem. Another employee might say there’s no cars — he will find one. He’ll go through cars individually, ones that haven’t been put in the system yet. If you’re a regular, he’ll look out for you ahead of time if he knows you’re coming in by making sure there’s a car & even charged up. If he says he can’t do something, he literally tried everything he could try — trust. But I haven’t ever experienced him not being able to figure out a way to do anything. He puts his blood, sweat, & tears into making sure you’re taken care of like it’s his own mother or himself!”

“Staff is extremely friendly. Check in with guard, then proceed into building with key card. Will not let you onto property until 0600 when they open. Street says no parking, so do so at your own risk. Docks are site sided, though not a lot of space for maneuvering, especially if you have a sleeper. Don’t let the trucks trying to leave get into your headspace. They will keep creeping up on you as you back, then get upset if you need a pull up or two or three. Once in dock, chock wheels and remove red airline from trailer. They will bring paperwork out to you. Once unloaded, exit is to the right. Slide tandems forward to get a bit more space if there is a truck docked beside you. Unloading usually takes less than two hours from the time I dock to the time I receive paperwork.”

“I see a couple of these trucks every week. They always amaze me at their professionalism. I cant imagine loading that many cars or trucks! I decided to follow one of them for a little bit. The cars around them kept flying around and squeezing in. I don't know how they keep their cool. But as I got beside him, he waved and smiled. Gotta love the attitude, professional driver doing what he does. Impressive! I didn't even think to get a truck #. Ignore the negativity, yall got it going on!!”

“Missed my truckload pickup appointment today but got worked-in in a very reasonable time. Once docked Chris made a light work of loading and had me loaded in less than an hour, thank you Chris. I've delivered and picked up here many times and really like the place and people working here. You have restaurants and coffe within 5 minute walk, on-site parking while you wait for your appointment, and really accommodating staff when there is a possibility”

“I found staff to be courteous and helpful on my deliver from Ohio to South Florida. I'd give them 5 stars but there was no liftgate truck to deliver package to my residence due to being backed up from hurricane Idalia.”
