“Came to visit L.A. with my partner for a few days during the Independence Day weekend. Jose and the team did everything they possibly could to make the rental process as smooth as possible. “My husband and I got here super late, we needed to get a rental van. Chris the staff at the location was super helpful and understanding. He didn’t make us feel bad for walking in 5mins before they closed. The process was fast and it was affordable as usual with Uhual (we only needed to go a few miles from a local HomeDepot). The place was clean and very organized. Chris thanks again. I’m literally in the car (Hubby is in the rental truck) writing this review, because it took about 5mins to get everything done. “WOW!This is a smaller Car rental business.The location on Garden Grove Blvd.If you,re looking for good prices, a clean vehicle, and stellar customer service, thenthis is the place for your car rental.I visited a local enterprise rent a car and found their prices way to high.When I entered Metro at 10022 Garden Grove Bvd the manager Was exceedingly helpful and friendly and got me into my rental within 20m. Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed.
