Bad bad bad management. Guy with indian accent i assume is the manager is horrible dealing with customers, always sounds so rude and upset. What’s going on?!

Should have read reviews before I went to this location. Extremely rude customer service. AT&T needs to rethink using them for a drop off location for equipment. Not confident it will be handled properly .

Jack is incredibly helpful!! Even when there was a rush of customers, he took the time to meet my needs and help me with my various requests for shipping and printing. This UPS location has things figured out with customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Jack and Joe!
