From open until 2pm there was only one multi-tasking superman working at this location today, Leo. Kudos to this guy for keeping such a customer friendly attitude despite being the only employee there. He did above and beyond to help the customers there. He did the best triage to try to get customers in and out. And that's with the customers being unruly with him being the only employee there!! Cell phone service always takes time.He needs to be recognized for this effort!!The store itself is simple and clean. Just needs a few more employees on the daily.

Special thanks to Mr. Juan in this store. I was ther to exchange a new phone. It was almost close time, but Juan still give me a great customer service. He was happy and willing to help me. I appreciate it.

I would avoid this location if you can, there are long wait times. If no one is ahead of you it's fine, but even one customer in front of you can be a 20-50 minute wait. It took me 3 visits to finish my upgrade and trade in my old phone. My husband has tried 3 times to go in to get his, with no luck. Yesterday when he tried to get his phone they said it was in the safe and couldn't get the safe open. I think they need to update their computers too because the rep who helped me couldn't get the printer to work. He was really stressed out, and had to stay 45 minutes overtime trying to help everybody. They need to hire more people so the current employees don't get so stressed out. It impacts the wait times and the overall experience. It seems like there's problems at every turn for this location. I didn't even get a receipt for my trade-in, that's kinda sketchy to me. Hopefully I actually get my $800 trade-in value.

Went there to exchange a phone. Juan was amazing. As he was helping me, he was greeting customers, smiling and letting everyone know he would be right with them. I will be back for all my phone needs. Thanks again for all your help, Juan!

I was working a lot and was dumb enough to tell the worker I didn't have a lot of time. Took my s21 in to upgrade and signed into my dad's account. I told them I wanted to pay all up front so that my dad wasn't charged. They charged me around $250. I left my phone with them and got an s22. I never got the upgrade. They stole my phone and charged my dad $1200 for a new phone. I would have filed a case with the police if I found out sooner/ had time but was working 80 hour weeks. This store has thieves working there. Be careful. Take your business to a real verizon store. Not an "authorized retailer" they are scammers and will steal from you if you let them

I was on vacation in Anaheim CA. Ryan was so helpful. The only person in the store. He made great recommendations and was quick. He even made a great recommendation for Shawarma lunch nearby. Give him a raise and accolades.

Once again Ryan is absolute lot the best. Dedicated and tenacious, ever the problem solver.
