“Technicians found the problem created by another repair shop. However, one issue I have is that I had the brakes checked just a few days before bringing the car into Toyota. The other shop measured the brake pads at 4.5 out of 10 and indicated that the brakes were not yet ready for replacement. Less than 10 miles later, Toyota measured then at 3 out of 10, recommending replacement. I replaced them, but feel like I was taken advantage of. Makes me wonder if I'll go back to Toyota for any further work.”
