“Promise auto is the rare mechanic shop that operates with honesty and reliability in the Gardena area. They are not money oriented but people oriented. They recommend what needs fixing right away and would not overcharge their customers for services or repairs not urgently needed . They always go above and beyond by pointing out minor details that drivers may not pay attention to and often do not charge extra fees for the details mentioned. Not here. Eve at the front desk is a total pro—friendly, sharp, and just genuinely helpful. I would not doubt that even when she’s just chillin’, she’s still on top of things. And Peter? Straight shooter. He and his team went above and beyond to get my car looking better than new.

“I love love love this auto body shop, I was referred here from a loyal Elite customer; that guaranteed I will love the work Hank and I'm team does. I was very skeptical, but I must say they did an amazing job. I'm a stickler for communication, and Hank did an amazing job with keeping me in the loop of things. I was rear ended while driving my X5 and Hank was able to match the paint perfectly. If you want an auto body shop that is attention to detail and take pride in their work go here. “My car was towed to super Shine Auto Body from another Collision auto shop due to other problem unrelated to fixing the car, but I am so glad it came to Frank's shop recommended by AAA tow truck driver, I wish I knew his name. The front of my 2019 Rogue was torn up, I am happy to report that Frank and his great auto technicians restore my baby like it was never in an accident. I was happy to see my car all done in three weeks from the time it was taken to them, and it would have been earlier if it wasn't for the parts, they were waiting for in order to complete the work. I gave Frank five stars for his communications with me, his integrity and his quality of work. I strongly recommend this place if you find yourself in unfortunate car accident (which I hope will never happen for anybody) but if it happens and your car need major repair, Frank and his crews are your car doctor. “This body shop was recommended by our mechanic and I’m thankful I came here. Every employee was very helpful and polite, which is rare these days. All the work was explained to me thoroughly. My advisor gave me multiple options on how to fix my car depending on the severity of unseen damage behind the bumper. They kept me informed of the damage found and advised me of my best options. Finally they finished a day earlier than noted and they washed my car very nice. Looking online at comparable repairs at local shops, Western Auto Body was lower than the others. I will always come back and refer this place to everyone I can.”
