About Hertz Car Rental - Gardena - Western Avenue
Hertz Car Rental - Gardena - Western Avenue offers a wide selection of vehicles, including luxury, sports cars, SUVs, EVs, vans, trucks, and clean, beautiful cars. Customers praise the friendly, professional staff and polite, kind service. Many describe the experience as seamless, like a commercial, and say the staff tries to help to the best of their ability. The Hertz app is recommended for booking. Some customers note that the office is willing to give a ride between locations. While a few reports mention a rude staff member who hung up with attitude, most interactions are patient and explain the process, especially for first time renting a car. The office will not give exceptions for expired driver's license. Overall, the place is excellent for renting cars.
