I’ve been renting from Hertz for a long time and I’ve unfortunately had a lot of bad experiences renting from Hertz. However, my most recent experience made me feel like a valued customer and respected human being. Lynda went above and beyond to help me. She was courteous, friendly and despite the stress of dealing with other customers before she got to me, on my pickup and return, she maintained a warm smile, pleasant demeanor and overall positive energy. If I could only ever be helped by Lynda, I would no doubt have a guaranteed return to Hertz. My previous experiences have put a damper on my loyalty but I will at least try to return to this location if the need arises. Thank you, Lynda for making this a great experience and for providing exemplary customer service. You’re the best and I hope Hertz knows that!

I excellent place to rent cars from. Make sure you have all your documentations they will not give any exceptions to expire driver's license I've seen people get mad at them and it's really their fault and even in those moments they are polite and kind and tries to help to the best of their ability that meets the guidelines are wonderful place to rent cars from

For those who are going for Lyft rentals. They don’t open until 9 am . To rent thru hertz regular they open at 8 am .

Hertz app is the way to go. Very friendly professional staff and l will always use this location when visiting California.

The customer service from ALL the entire office was AMAZING. First, when I got to the office, I literally watched the customer service rep help a couple with a truck that was so seamless, it was like a commercial!! Then I needed to meet my hubby at the other location in Gardena and they gave me a ride!! Again, they were AMAZING!!!

Customer service, 2 people were nice and 1 was very rude and hung up on me, she was giving me attitude instead of explaining the process to a customer. Extra fees are really EXTRA FEES. I would say 2 stars but the other 2 people I talked to were patient and explained the process, this was my first time renting a car.

This place NEVER answers their phone! When you call them it goes to a random answering machine that does not allow you to leave a voice mail.

They didn't want to rent me a car because my credit card doesn't have a name. Banks in Mexico no longer print names for security but they do have the PIN code. Regrettable.

If you want to experience terrible customer service and unfriendly faces, this is the place to be. They make the DMV offices appear more inviting. You’re better off talking to a screen as these people have no human touch and limited knowledge aside from what they see on the screen. They stick to the script, so god forbid if you ask them to explain anything as their brain would get crossed wired. I don’t feel bad that their job will be taken over by Ai.

Experiencing the poorest customer service with Alberto at Hertz has been disheartening. Caution is advised regarding unforeseen additional fees. This has become my least favorable car rental encounter, a stark contrast to my positive experiences with other rental companies in the past. Remember the name! Alberto. Be careful with that sketchy man!
