“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team at Sherwin-Williams. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been absolutely amazing, but Jason deserves special recognition for consistently going above and beyond.

A few months ago, Jason helped me perfectly match my existing paint color. After the color was matched, I decided I wanted something different. I kept going back and forth to the store, buying samples, changing my mind, and comparing different colors. Through it all, Jason remained patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. Most people would have become frustrated, but he never did.

After finally choosing a color, I completed my bathroom but had to put the rest of my home projects on hold for a few months because of family matters. When I started focusing on my house again during the week of July 6, 2026, I went to grab my paint sample so I could purchase what I needed—only to realize I had accidentally thrown it away. I didn’t have a receipt or any information to identify the color, and I thought I was going to have to start the entire process over again.

Instead, Jason refused to give up. He manually searched through the system until he found my original purchase from months earlier and identified the exact color I needed. I was incredibly relieved and so grateful for the time and effort he put into helping me.
