Waited for 10 mins before anyone serviced me when reps standing around enjoying themselves. Very dry greeting I guess because she was the only one servicing customers. Not very helpful regarding info about matured CD's. Felt my business was not welcomed.

Been here at least 30 yrs. Getting disappointed more everyday. There is no reason why the drive up tube in Gardena had to close. That’s why I’ve stayed here so long… such an inconvenience for me now.
