They started out as just a small town family owned place & now have products & services available nationally, which is kind of amazing when I think about how much a little place that just cares about their customers compared to the 'big' stores can achieve. If you care about supporting small business & customer service, a place that puts quality of service, installation & product reliability above quanity of sales then this is the right place for you. They predominantly sell internet, tv, home security, home automation, networking & other tech & connectivity related things. They're really well known for getting people connected even with unique & challenging situations.
