The service at the Placerville, CA Verizon store on Ray Lawyer Drive was outstanding. I lost my phone and the staff was extremely competent and helpful. They were able to get my spare phone functioning quickly so my downtime was minimal. I highly recommend this Verizon store. The people who work there are superb.
