“This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop, and I can’t recommend Hi-Tech enough. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I was on a long road trip when my carrier bearing gave out, and luckily I pulled off near Hi-Tech. They were able to get me in almost immediately, quickly diagnose the issue, and clearly explain what was going on.
They went above and beyond with my truck, also taking the time to address a few other issues making sure it was truly road-ready. The additional information they gave me from their inspection and expertise was appreciated. The turnaround time was impressively quick, especially given the circumstances, and their professionalism and knowledge gave me total peace of mind. Thanks to Hi-Tech, I was able to get back on the road and make it home without any issues. I feel extremely lucky to have found them and will absolutely be back in the future.”

“So it's time to get a tractor. You've been online you've watched YouTube videos you've looked at the green ones the orange ones the blue ones and the red ones. And now you're trying to decide what to get. They've all got good things about them and some bad things about them according to the internet. And here's what it came down to for me. I needed a dealer that I could trust that would give me good information and back their product and I found that back in 2008 when I bought my first tractor from Dave's tractor supply. I told them what I thought I needed and they helped me figure out the right tractor and attachments. In 2026 we purchased a larger piece of property and needed a bigger tractor. I didn't have to think twice I headed down to Dave's tractors. We discussed what I was going to do with it and what size tractor would fit those needs and what attachments I would need to get the jobs done. Everybody I dealt with from the salesman to the delivery guy who happened to be Dave himself was a positive and confident experience. When I ran into a few things I didn't understand they were right there on the phone helping me figure it out. I can't say enough about the team at Dave's tractor. When you go to buy a tractor there's nothing better than having a good team of people to back the product and help you through getting it on to its work. So just remember you can buy any color tractor you want from anywhere you want but having a group of people ready and willing to help you out means more to me then anything.”

“Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. Ordered a replacement keyfob, got charged but no keyfob. Called over thirty times, yes thirty times with no response. Do not go to this dealership. After being released from the hospital and able to contact them they were able to be given the service I had hoped for. The truck is running perfectly electronically and even saved me a trip for a secondary trip. Being disabled they even helped me into my truck. They went above my expectations.”
“We were on our way home on Saturday after a camping trip. My wife and I in our RV and my son in his Toyota pickup. Our son called to tell us that his truck had smoke coming from under the hood. We called a tow truck and had him tow the truck to an auto repair in Corning Ca, which was closed for the weekendWhile we were waiting I called the local Chevy dealer. I spoke to Greg Hogan asking about their stock, thinking that we could trade a blown up pickup truck for a new vehicle and be on our way. Greg asked our situation and I told him what was going on, It turned out that he didn't have an appropriate vehicle for us to buy.While we were waiting for the tow truck, Greg took the initiative to come by to speak to us in person, which impressed me. Greg suggested that instead of leaving the truck on the street, we could leave it in his lot behind a locked gate. It was a week before we could work out disposal of the truck. Greg was great! He was very helpful when we really needed help and didn't charge for storing the truck or any of the time he spent helping us. “We just picked up our trailer yesterday and I couldn't wait to write a review about our experience with this wonderful shop.We gouged the side of our brand new 26' trailer on its maiden voyage, carving through the gel coat and leaving an ugly gash along the entire length.Finding someone reputable who repairs gel coating proved to be a challenge but finally, Bob's truck repair came highly recommended.I called and talked to Gary, who was very nice and assured me that it could be fixed.After a couple of weeks it was done, but when we went to get it, it wasn't quite right due to a fluke. So we went home without our trailer, but with the assurance that it would be promptly fixed.Not even a week later, Gary called, saying we could come back and pick it up.They did a spectacular job, it looks perfect, like nothing ever happened to it. “Awesome staff! Saturday 6/2726 8:45 am driving from Redding back to Bay Area, just north of Corning our car started making weird noise. Found Les Swab on Solano, Corning. Pulled in and found that the wheel well had come loose and was rubbing on the tire. They quickly got us worked into the schedule and got our car up on the rack and determined it was just the wheel well. Cut away the part that was bad. Professional and kind and helpful! Highly recommend!! Thank you to Laura for getting us sorted!”

“I wish I could leave six stars.
My family and I were taking a trip for Thanksgiving holiday to visit family. We drove down from Portland, Oregon. Oil light turned on on our way home and I checked it and it said we had one quart approximately. We were in a panic. Brought it down to Cassidy's. They were open on a Saturday and when we explain the situation the jumped on the task like a NASCAR pit crew. A different guy checking different parts to figure out what happened. Turned out to be an O-ring for the oil filter broke. (We had just had the oil changed the day before we left for our trip). The urgency of their work made us feel more than a number. I wish we lived closer.”
“I'm from out of state and these guys squeezed me in last minute to help with my check engine light throwing catalytic converter codes. They recommended that I take my car next door to Hi-Tech for a diagnostic. Hi-Tech recorded codes for both catalytic converters but only recommended replacing one, as well as replacing 4 oxygen sensors and reprogramming my computer. Price would have been $4500 for oem parts.
Brought the car back to Reilly's Mufflers and apparently both my converters were throwing failure codes. To replace both converters and 2 oxygen sensors, they were able to find aftermarket parts for a total of $2500. They also checked to see if any of my current oxygen sensors could be reused and 2 were still like new. They were also able to reuse the catalytic converter piping from my old converter. And my computer didn't need to be reprogrammed.
I appreciate how they took time to explain the codes and their recommended repair, not try to sell me unnecessary parts/parts that were still road worthy and answer all my questions. Highly recommend these guys! They'll be my go to mechanics if I'm ever in the area again.”
“I just dropped my 1973 F100 off yesterday to get a hand full of small dents fixed his quote was cheaper than any where else and so far Santiago has been great He says it will be done in 7 working days so I am excited and we shall see, I have another shop doing some work on it the end of next week so hopefully its done on schedule.”
