Gilroy branch is 10x better than the Morgan Hill branch.

Actually helped me in Gilroy not like Morgan hill branch which told me I needed an appointment possibly in a few weeks

Not happy with this bank at all I’ve been trying to deposit my sons social security check, been in over 3 times and each person gives me a different reason as to why it’s not being accepted. Been a chase customer for years, I will be closing my account and go elsewhere. Would not recommend Chase
