He helped me and my husband a lot I really highly recommendation Rosso furniture ask Andres if you wanna get a good advice and knowledge about the furniture , too beginning until the delivery he is really there and helping us a lot he deserved to get raised and bonuses, we don’t know much about the furniture but Andres is the one help us out to give us a knowledge to pick the best one for us After that overall experience when delivery come, the two gentle guy came over in my place deliver my furniture. The name is Galo and Carlos. they deserve to get raised and bonus they work so hard they did a very good job, I hardly recommendation if you want to deliver your furniture request to these two young guy, Gelo, and Carlos they know what to do They very professional, I highly recommendation Rosso Furniture Here in Gilroy if you need good quality, good service, Rosso is the right place to go.”

“Shopping tonight was a quick stop for dental floss...the new stretchy kind by Listerine (brand name used to be Reach) I'm really liking it as it's thin enough to get between tight teeth and it doesn't separate like standard floss does. Friendly checkout lady was a delight we don't usually see.”

“I bought a two-piece leather sofa and loveseat with electric recliners. They provided a roughly 15% discount off the price on the tag, which is something I consider standard for the industry. On the scheduled delivery day the loveseat had some cosmetic damage to the leather. The manager told us to hold onto it and use it for a week until they could swap it out, which was nice as it meant I didn't have to go without. One week later, on the day they had scheduled, they arrived as expected and swapped the loveseat out with no issues whatsoever. I will also say, that it was quite apparent to me and my wife that they really wanted to make the sale, which was different from the experience we had at the location we had just left prior. They gave us a lot of attention and time. The only reason I gave them 4 stars vs. 5 was due to the fact that they did have to make a second delivery. Not sure what happened during their quality check at the store before putting it on the truck the first time around. I would certainly purchase from them again as they did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it.”
