They asked for photos of my built-in and the model #, my budget.They found exactly what I was looking for. The installation was amazing- so professional, timely. They snail-mailed my paperwork with a hand-written thank you note and gave me the option of mailing a check or calling with a card. Old school - yes! And BTW, during Covid when my old refrigerator failed yet again, I called them and they delivered a mini-fridge to me within hours.”
