About Hertz Car Rental - Gilroy - Cameron Boulevard
Hertz Car Rental - Gilroy HLE offers a convenient location in Gilroy, with generally good service at the counter. The staff, including Nicholas, David, and Paula, are praised for their excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers, even staying late or helping with unexpected issues.
However, there have been some challenges with the availability of vehicles, as the local office may not have the cars that the corporate reservations system indicates are available. This can lead to frustration for customers when they arrive to find no vehicle for their reservation.
Overall, the Hertz Car Rental - Gilroy HLE location is described as a great option, with a helpful and accommodating team, despite the occasional disconnect between the local office and the corporate reservations system. Customers express gratitude for the staff's efforts to ensure a positive rental experience.
