“The staff is always amazing. It’s the app I have an issue with. I opt to fill in my insurance info prior to my appointment, but every time I arrive I still have to retrieve my insurance cards & scan them. I am also sent a QR code for quick check in, but that also never works and I still have to go through the entire check-in process anyway. Truly annoying.”
