“I have an appointment tomorrow morning, so I decided to drive by today to make sure I know where I'm going.I thought I could pop in real quick and ask a question. Place was pretty empty, and nobody to talk to at the desk so I did the little sign-in at the kiosk.4 minutes(!) later I was called to the back by an awesome Viking princess. She was super nice, total pro, had me in and out.I was prepared for a terrible experience, and had a rather pleasant one instead!”
