“Everyone here is very professional, helpful, and extremely kind. Erik & his manager - who I didn’t get the name of - stayed about an hour past close working on my car to find the cause of an issue I had with my brake light coming on & off. Originally, we thought it might be due to a recent brake fluid exchange, and they re-did the service to check if that was the issue - and even though it turned out to be the fault of another shop, they did it free of charge. They explained the actual issue thoroughly, topped off my fluid, and even offered to drive along on my way home to make sure I made it there safely. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Great guys and great service.”
“Great customer service. Seems like they hired and are training new people for customer service and they did great. Answered all my questions and concerns. They do work on Teslas but make sure when you check in to inform them what then need to go for the service you’re there for. For example if they need to jack the car to make sure they put it on jack mode and use pucks to not damage the battery. Personally I provided them my own pucks to use and left them in the passenger seat.”

“Wow, two words, extremely CUSTOMER ORIENTATED!. I had an overheating issue in my Acura, was able to find a day to come and drop it off in the morning before I went to work, they replaced all the parts and I was able to pick it up the same day after I got off work and they even stayed a little after closing to accommodate a card issue during payment as well as put air in my tires. Arnold and his team are very solid, would definitely recommend.”
