They are open 7 days a week and someone is always there during their posted business hours. They don't just leave and close up shop when they feel like it (like some of the other ups stores I've been to). Very reliable.”

“This place has really improved over the last few months. We had delivered before when the time it took was very excessive and ridiculous. But I think it was a new receiving window lady learning a new job. The last 4 or 5 deliveries there has been really smooth. I try to not get there any earlier than 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and it has been very smooth.”

“I gave the wrong address for my package( didn’t include my apartment #) and got an email from the place I bought it from saying it failed delivery. Hopped onto the USPS website and inputted my tracking number to find out my package was “disposed” of. Looked through the website and filed a service request at around 11:00 p.m. All I could do was wait and see what would happen. Luckily, I received a call in the morning around 9 a.m. saying that they could hold my package for one day. Seeing as they open at 9:30, it’s amazing that they get their work started soon in the day. Overall, I received great service for something that was completely my fault. Shoutout to Ms. Rivera.”

“Why do you need to use this location? In a word -Daniel. I found myself in Gilroy waiting for the dog at the groomer and had some items to send so I went to this location. I was welcomed and assisted by Daniel and done in less than half the time I usually spend at my city’s location. He gave me 100% of his attention and was indeed the brand.”
