I came in to return my hardware and I was expecting a lengthy wait, like I've experienced with Xfinity, and was surprised that Eric at the Gilroy location had me out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Thanks, Eric, for your expertise! I loved my experience with Spectrum and I'm sad about moving out of the area.

Two employees only helping customers. 4 of us waiting in line 1 other came into use auto payment machine which wasn't working. Although I had to wait returning my equipment was easy and quick !!!
