Another customer, who had tried to resolve an issue at a different location and through the Verizon helpline without success, found that Jesus at the Gilroy Verizon store was able to guide them through the process and completely resolve the issue. The customer left the store satisfied and grateful for Jesus' patience and professionalism. Additionally, a regular customer praised Jesus at the Gilroy Verizon store, describing him as pleasant, patient, informative, and professional. The customer expressed their appreciation for Jesus' outstanding service and stated that he is their go-to person at Verizon. However, one customer encountered a different experience, where a Verizon employee provided incorrect information about the availability of 5G Ultra Wideband service. The customer persisted and was able to get the 5G SIM card they needed, ultimately experiencing the fast 5G speeds they were seeking. Overall, Verizon's customer service appears to be a mixed bag, with some employees going above and beyond to provide exceptional support, while others may lack the necessary knowledge or attention to detail. Customers who make appointments or seek assistance from specific employees, such as Jesus, seem to have the most positive experiences.
Francisco was patient,helpful and professional. I know Verizon line is expensive but with this type of customer service . Definitely see why I shouldn't change my Carrier.

I visited the store 7/15 to resolve some issues with a Samsung watch. I was assisted by Elysia and had a very positive experience. She was very personable and resolved the issues quickly. I only wish I had gone there first instead of spending time on the phone with tech support.
