I had an overheating issue in my Acura, was able to find a day to come and drop it off in the morning before I went to work, they replaced all the parts and I was able to pick it up the same day after I got off work and they even stayed a little after closing to accommodate a card issue during payment as well as put air in my tires. “The reason I’m giving five stars is so that everyone reads my review and no one else ends up in the same situation I did. Recently, I reached out to them about an issue I was having with the transmission in my truck. They came out, and using a computer on my transmission, they replaced two parts in it. I had to wait three days for them to fix my truck. They called me after that, said it was ready, and told me I needed to make a payment of $4,500. After driving for about 17
miles, my truck broke down again, right in the middle of the road. and we went back to the shop. They said that the problem wasn’t due to the parts they replaced; I would need a completely new transmission. The new transmission arrived, but this time, it was the wrong transmission again. I took my truck to their repair shop, and they kept me waiting there for about 13 days. Every day, they gave me some excuse—one part was missing, the transmission was wrong, the guy delivering the transmission had an accident, he was sick, his wife gave birth—just a bunch of childish lies. They charged me $6,355 for it. Total $10.855 I paid for
