So now I’m going to edit this but this is for 611 who can’t even speak our language! I’m being charged almost $100 extra dollars because they are charging me a half a month not from date to date then will NOT issue credit and cuts my phone off before the 2ed which IS THE DAY I GET PAID!!!! Sorry AT&T or even Boost Moblie is better. People can’t live as it is much less adding more money to people who can’t afford a $225.60 bill a month when it was supposed to be $149 a month!!! Sorriest phone company ever!! AT&T here I come!!!

Terrible customer service. We checked in, there were 3 service reps in the store . Everyone disappeared and left us waiting for 30 mins. Another customer came in, waited 10-15 mins, and he had a question. No one... it said we had one person ahead of us in the queue and there wasn't anyone in the store before us. The so called manager came out and said people were on lunch. They left us hanging and other clients . Honestly, this is the norm for Verizon, bad customer service seems to be part of their culture .

They weren't busy when I walked in. All I needed was a screen protector. There was a guy on his cell phone not even asking the reason of my visit.

today me and my mom had went into this verizon to upgrade my phone and start a new plan for me. as soon as we walking in we were greeted very nicely by a guy (not sure his name) but this is the only reason i'm actually giving them any stars at all lol. we had been helped by a guy named david he was nice but honestly didn't really wanna seem to help us that much. the other men in there had just given me and my mom very dirty looks and did not look interested in being there at all, i was very uncomfortable and will no longer be going to this location at all. Please save yourself and go to either morgan hill or Monterey.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I kinda understand that waiting times at Verizon corpo store especially during the Holidays (not only in this location) can be frustrated, that's why we made an appointment - easy breezy and you can make it on the Verizon website! (highly recommended)
After reading those bad reviews I was prepared for the worst, but the service we received, extremely surprised me and completely blew my mind! Jesus was the one who was taking care of us - we had a lot of questions and actions to be done to our Verizon account and he totally exceeded our expectation providing such a kind and professional support! He addressed all of our concerns and gave some awesome advices for the future! Jesus was very patient and truly empathetic! There was no rush, there was no struggle - he even checked few times if we well understood the policies and what we should do next!
We also met his manager who was making sure everyone in the store is getting proper help in the timely manner! How cool is that??!!!
5 Stars for such amazing Customer Service and hats off again for Verizon employees!! And of course special thanks to Jesus who went above and beyond to help us out!!
P.S. This location seemed to be very busy, so my advice is.. instead of wasting your time and stopping by just like that on the way of your shopping route, hoping you gonna get help right away (and writing bad reviews later on about you waiting for the service) - take your little efforts and sign up for the appointment on the Verizon website!! (we didn't even have to wait 5min to be served after checking in for our appointment!) Hats off!!!!

They make us wait for more than an hour the employees preferred to talk to customers that they know instead of helping customers waiting and then the tallest guy with glasses was very rude when we asked about how long to be attended he said he doesn't know and told us to keep waiting or just leave

I had to turn off my dad's phone since he passed away and they couldn't help me. So I had to drive all the way to Gilroy. After turning off the phone after providing the death certificate they still billed him. I then had to go back to Gilroy and settle. They then called customer service again. It still wasn't settled

Do Not do business here at this Verizon store I wanted 1 hr and when I wanted to buy a Verizon Orbit Speed Hot Spot and did purchase it and took it home I stoped at Starbucks to try it out and it did not pick up anything and then took it home and still nothing and so I took it back to the store and again waiting 1 hr for the same service Tech said I can't take it back but I will call some one on the phone to help you get it refund so again waiting online for their service another hr they came on line and wanted to talk to him and he was helping other customers and would Not come back on the phone to talk to them and I said they want to talk to you and so he said take you Blank Blank and get out the store and I took a photo of him to show the bad service and I still have the Orbic and want my money back here is the photo Please Do Not do business at this Verizon Store Bad business practices Erick Garcia

Today I was attempting to resolve an issue that I'd tried at a different location to do before as well as tried to resolve myself via the Verizon help line - all unsuccessful. I entered the store at this location hopeful that finally, I'd get the help I needed. JESUS was AWESOME! He was very patient in helping me; guided me all the way through getting my issue resolved. I left the store a happy camper, my issues completely resolved. Thank you, Jesus!

Jesus at Gilroy Verizon is wonderful! He is pleasant, patient, informative and professional. He puts himself in your shoes, thinking for you. He is my go-to person. Jesus is such an asset to Verizon. I love his outstanding service!
