He helped us find what we wanted that would work best within our budget, and then he even held onto the two items for a couple months while our remodel was slowly moving along. When we were finally ready for the items he delivered them, and when we found that there was a problem with a couple of the leveling gears he honored good warranty and sent someone out to fix it.
