“The absolute best appliance shopping experience ever! Took awhile to find this treasure, but if you’re reading this, you struck gold! We searched for a new refrigerator and would not buy from chain store, as the customer service, wait times and selection were subpar. Not only did we save on this purchase at Burbank Appliance, but Mike really listened to our needs. He also included fast, professional delivery, install and haul away. Outstanding all around, period.”

“Roman deserves a huge shoutout! ⭐ I’ve had the pleasure of getting his help at Home Depot, and honestly, he went above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed. He didn’t just point me toward an aisle and walk away—he took the time to listen, explain everything, and help me find the right solutions. People like Rommen are what make a great store experience truly stand out. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference for me. Home Depot is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Thank you, Rommen, for all your help and for treating me like a valued customer. You absolutely deserve recognition for the outstanding service you provide! 👏👏👏”

“I set up an appointment for a kitchen consultation for a remodel project and worked with Lauren Tracy for almost 2 hours. She was/ is a true professional! Such a great meeting. She guided me through the choices, offered suggestions, showed me the in store samples and cabinet examples. Made my project feel as important as I felt it was. Would totally recommend Lowes for this service and definitely Lauren!!!”
