“I can't believe it's taken me so long to write this review, because Savon is a go-to for me. I bought a fridge here for my first apartment, and Marsha educated us on why modern fridges are so terrible. Marsha is really the best, because she's the type of person where you can tell she's not BSing you. Years later, I bought another fridge here - not because the first fridge died, but because I moved out. That first fridge is still going strong 8+ years later with my roommate and I still have the replacement fridge 5 years in! We also bought a stackable washer/dryer from Savon, and then sold it back to them when we moved. Most recently, the washer at our new home started leaking as soon as we moved in, so we replaced it with another workhorse from Savon. Eventually we may switch over to more modern appliances, but in the meantime Marsha and Savon have been lifesavers for helping us save money and keeping these appliances out of the landfill.”

“Only 11 Sears stores remain and this is likely the one functioning most like a full department store.
Items are oddly spaced out to give perception of fullness, but it does have complete department store sections. There were things in the store I’d actually buy, which can’t be said for a few other remaining stores. Appliance section is the most complete and would go there if I needed anything. Interestingly has a decent sized toy section though it’s oddly placed.”

“It's hit or miss sometimes with the Home Depot, but I am so impressed with the service I got from a gentleman named Tim in plumbing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and listened to my concerns. I love this Home Depot! Thanks”

“I love my family at Burbank Home Depot 6654 !!! They provided safe, covered parking for all of us who ride motorcycles or bicycles !!!! Thank you, Chuck (our fearless Store mgr), Crystal (Ops. Mgr) and leadership ; ) A Big Shout Out Thank You to Andrew, from our tool rental, for making the whole set up ... from concrete bars, shade, concrete block signs and sweeping to make it ready for all of us, 2 - wheel riders ; ) !!!! There's 7 riders in our store and muliple bicycle riders.
We appreciate this very much. 2 wheel riders know about: getting hit by cars, nails in our tire, rain (not that it rains much, but, when it does) in our air exhausts and the most dreaded .... getting it stolen. All this could still happen, but, its less likely. ;

“oh my gosh i’ve never ever had customer service like this!! i came into best buy browsing for a new camera and i was in between sony a7iv & canon r6 mkii. the guy at the front was super helpful and directed me where to go and who to talk to. abraham and alex WERE SO HELPFUL !! they really explained every aspect of the camera to me and i ended up buying the canon r6 mk iii. i seriously cant express how helpful they were. ive gone to so many best buy’s and not one of the employees were as knowledgeable in cameras as these two! thank you both for helping !!!”
