Seeing unfavorable reviews here I suspect the customers are being unfair. Calling here may be a disappointment as you might be transferred to a Citi call center...not so good. That forces you to visit the branch for better service.”

I have been in many many 7-Eleven, but this one im Glendale, is wayyyyy different with the perfect Customer Services, and the polite Respond, Especially the Owner "Harry". Harry is Person with Humble personality, he always smile with the customers; he always respond to the customers needs.. I have seen places where the employees and the management have such a Low, Sharp, and bad Attitude, regardless of their business type. But this place "7-Eleven" is such good place.. “Love this location and Love love love Amy. I hate going to the bank, I'm exasperated with long lines and cold robotic nonsense but Amy gave me quick and excellent service. I was having some issues with my card and my online banking but she squared it away in no time and left me extremely satisfied. I feel that Amy is reliable and I feel comfortable recommending her to my family and friends, this is something I do not do lightly however I felt that Amy cared about me as an individual and took the time to establish a relationship. This is what excellent customer service looks like to me.”

“I like this Wells Fargo. I believe it's the only WF that's open on Saturdays around the area so that's a big plus for me. Today wasn't a simple deposit/withdraw type of day though since I had a rather complicated matter to take care of with WF. I had an appointment with Maria and she was able to provide excellent service. She was very responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant all-around. Sad to say that this level of professionalism and quality customer care is rare when I go to the other branches around Glendale, but I know where my go-to will be now should I have issues with my account.”

“I haven't had a terrible experience at this bank but I definitely haven't had a five star experience. Whenever I have a problem I know the bankers can help and guide me through my troubles without a problem. Parking has changed within the years, a gate has been placed between the larger section of the parking lot and the bank was left with about 15-ish parking spots. The ATM always seems to be working and if it isn't there are two choices, the drive thru or next to the entrance/exit.”

“I love this banking cafe! I come here very often to get work done and don't like the library because it's too quiet, so this is the perfect place. They have a bunch of seating available which is good because they are usually always busy. They even have private study rooms that you can take based on a first come first serve basis. The cafe inside is good as well but overpriced. The staff is also very approachable and friendly! They are very inviting and helpful. Overall, I would skip on the coffee but definitely my favorite place to get work done!”
