“I love this banking cafe! I come here very often to get work done and don't like the library because it's too quiet, so this is the perfect place. They have a bunch of seating available which is good because they are usually always busy. They even have private study rooms that you can take based on a first come first serve basis. The cafe inside is good as well but overpriced. The staff is also very approachable and friendly! They are very inviting and helpful. Overall, I would skip on the coffee but definitely my favorite place to get work done!”

“Love this location and Love love love Amy. I hate going to the bank, I'm exasperated with long lines and cold robotic nonsense but Amy gave me quick and excellent service. I was having some issues with my card and my online banking but she squared it away in no time and left me extremely satisfied. I feel that Amy is reliable and I feel comfortable recommending her to my family and friends, this is something I do not do lightly however I felt that Amy cared about me as an individual and took the time to establish a relationship. This is what excellent customer service looks like to me.”

“I like this Wells Fargo. I believe it's the only WF that's open on Saturdays around the area so that's a big plus for me. Today wasn't a simple deposit/withdraw type of day though since I had a rather complicated matter to take care of with WF. I had an appointment with Maria and she was able to provide excellent service. She was very responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant all-around. Sad to say that this level of professionalism and quality customer care is rare when I go to the other branches around Glendale, but I know where my go-to will be now should I have issues with my account.”
