I went to a different branch the one on Brand and the manager was rude and said we dont have time to help you you need to go to a different branch . Janet came to the rescue and helped me in a urgently needed bank transaction without question and she had 15 people in line waiting. I previously shared a very frustrating experience regarding Power of Attorney processing during a difficult time when my mother was hospitalized. That initial experience involved inconsistent communication and unnecessary back-and-forth, which created added stress during an already challenging situation.
However, I want to update this review to recognize the Glendale branch manager (Hector), who truly went above and beyond to help resolve the matter.
He demonstrated patience, empathy, and professionalism throughout the follow-up process. Most importantly, he did exactly what he said he would do — he followed up consistently and made sure the situation was handled appropriately. That level of accountability and care made a meaningful difference.
While my initial experience was disappointing, the branch manager’s responsiveness and genuine concern helped restore confidence. His actions reflected the kind of customer care people deserve — especially when navigating serious life circumstances.

“I have several accounts at the Glendale branch and have been given first class service. My banking agent, Patrick, has always been very responsive. He set me up with a credit line for overdraft without me asking so never a bounced check. They facilitated my company's PPP loan. They have been very helpful. So far, way better than B of A or Wells. I've also had some issues with Chase but generally Chase was good. I have accounts at all of them but nothing beats the small bank attitude!”
