“Even though my experience was not that great, im not going to rate you 1 star just because of that,im sure you take good care of your customers BUT that wasnt the case for me. No need to get into all the details but next time please inform your customers before hand if you have the proper tools to do the job. I wasted 4 hrs of work one day to take my car to your shop,just for you to tell me that your vendor never came thru with the transmission fluid, we re-scheduled for saturday just so yall can tell me that you dont have the proper equipment to do that job. All i ask is for yall to be considerate of customers time and to inform them before they cancel plans and work half day just to accomodate your schedule.”
