“I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and I absolutely love Mr. Stanley and the way he works. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a busy shop, but if can’t get to a repair or oil change that day, he is honest and will have you come back the next day instead of having you wait. I’ve had oil changes and other work done and never had any issues. Also very reasonable and affordable prices!! I definitely recommend coming here!”

“I seriously cannot recommend this auto shop enough! I walked in needing my front bumper repaired, expecting to schedule an appointment or leave my car for days — and they got it done in what felt like 6–7 minutes. I’m not even exaggerating. The speed was unreal.

“If I could give a million stars I would! My BMW X1 had an engine malfunction as well as radiator issue. They replaced the transmission as well as the radiator. I had a left turn signal that was out which they fixed at no charge!! Carmen was on top of everything from the first second the car arrived. Chris and Alex were amazing as well! I picked my car up today and it was washed, cleaned inside and had a tank FULL of gas! I am a teacher so I value excellent service as well as customer service. “Found these guys from a Groupon deal since I needed to get my brake pads changed. It was an affordable price so I gave them a shot.They took me in with an appointment and then gave me consultation with a quick diagnosis. I told them there was this grinding noise coming from the tire and they found out the problem which was a wheel bearing. They replaced my rotors, brake pads, gave me a brake fluid flush, and replaced my rear wheel bearing. Jack, the owner, explained everything in detail.Can’t recommend them enough. They do good service and they give good prices around the area. You won’t be disappointed!”

“Well, today (11/15/2024) I called "Pacific Auto Body & Paint" with 4.9 star review and spoke with Peter. I explained my situation (my Toyota Corolla) and he asked me to visit their shop and get advice from their specialist (other shops didn't do this!). I drove there and they fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes and at NO cost!! (how many shops will do this??). Peter was very polite and friendly, they have a very nice yard and garage, and did take care of my car right away (this is prioritization). Good customer service and knowing how to prioritize are very important to me and they deserve a 5 star review. Thank you Peter, good job to the Pacific Auto body & paint team.”
