“Seeing how we do not get much rain in LA, I used my wipers and they were in immediate need of replacing. It was as if my wipers had turned to noodles. I knew I could change them myself but got a lot more information with a google search making it even more confusing. Nearing a mental breakdown, my dad urged me to go to O'Reilly's and it was the best advice. I stopped by this location and Adrian helped me. He was extremely patient with me, helped me figure out what blades I needed and pointed me to where they were located. Seeing I was still lost, he walked with me and talked me through the different options giving me very helpful information to make the best decision for myself. I asked if it was easy to switch them and he said to bring my car up to the side, and in the rain he walked outside with me and not only helped me but he taught me. He switched one blade then walked me through the other so that I could actually learn for the future. If this is just a this location type thing, or just an Adrian thing, I'm extremely grateful. But if this is a brand thing, I will absolutely come back more and more so that I can not only get what I need, but also learn more and make cars less daunting for myself!”
“Bought a car battery. Unfortunately they couldt not install it. They did jump my car though and also checked the alternator and sent me to a place that installed the battery. The next day I returned with the old battery and received $20.00 in return for that.”
“I first went to AutoZone down the street to use their scan tool, and they were totally understaffed and didn't have a scan tool. Then I went to O'Reilly's and they had the scan tool and offered to help me. We put on the scanner and everything was good, so he turned off my maintenance required light, and it hadn't come back on either. Great customer service!”

“I went to get an oil change the place didn't have the oil my car needed so I had to buy it and pay him just a labor fee, this store was close by so I stopped by to get the oil and filter, my knowledge in finding oil filter was really bad Maria an employee who worked there passed by with a cheerful attitude and helped me find the oil filter for my car her being helpful and her cheerful attitude made my day, she was amazing.”

They also help me as a woman carry them back out which I have not had too many of the other locations. The employees all have wonderful attitudes and seem to like their job!”
