I called their main line and was helped right away as they looked into my order and provided with an update saying they had shipped. “I went to Auto Zone in Montebello to check my battery and alternator. They told me both my battery and alternator needed to be changed. They didn't want to help with changing the batter and could really care less.I then went to O'Reillys and KEVIN helped me out SIGNIFICANTLY! Not only did he help me realize it was just my bad battery, he got his tools to take the parts out install my battery for free. I have 2013 chevy impala so there a a few steps and tools needed to take it out. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Never going to Autozone again. KEVIN at O'Reillys was awesome! Thank you again!”

“This review is for James. a cool guy juggling multiple customers while trying to open my car key fob. After trying himself and not succeeding (not his fault this screw is tiny and effed up) he suggested options around the area and what would be most cost efficient. I went to my mechanic and he opened my fob so I immediately returned to my a new battery here.I will be returning here soon to get new windshield blades since LA is now the Pacific Southwest. “My family and I have been here a few times over the years of us living in the neighborhood. but my son and I stopped by about 2 months ago for a windshield wiper. I guess I installed it incorrectly. So I just came by and asked for a replacement. There was a bit of a headache with finding my wife's account, but luckily, I had a very patient and helpful employee help me by the name of Eric. His professionalism and patience were fantastic. I attempted to tip him since it is Christmas weekend, but he did not accept it. But for his customer service alone, I for sure will be coming to this O'reilly's location for all my car needs for now on!”
