Always feel the customer service is approached in an institutional manner, and geared towards the companies profit margins rather than customer satisfaction. When I met Vesana I was blown away with her attention to detail combined with her desire to have a piece fit the receiving persons meaningful intention. She gave me choices based on our conversation and was spot on! And was reasonable on pricing, still below any large retailer but the quality superseded anything I've even come close to seeing!After this process not only did she find a forever customer, the friendship bond created thru the process she now has a forever friend! “I met Greg when my husband and I started shopping for rings and fell in love with one of his unique custom designs. My husband ended up surprising me with that ring and accompanying wedding band. He really enjoyed the process of working with Greg and said that Greg helped walk him through each step of the process and all the considerations when choosing an engagement ring. Since it’s a lowset ring, I wanted to add an additional band on the other side that could “lock” it in place and make it more comfortable. I made the mistake of working with a family friend at first and the band was a disaster. When I brought it to Greg he was extremely helpful in talking through my options and weighing trade-offs. Ultimately I was able to return the other band and work with Greg, which I should have done all along. You cannot beat Greg’s expertise and level of detail! Comparing his work to other rings I own, it is just night and day. Not only that, but he went above and beyond to make my vision come to life despite it being an extremely challenging band to craft with my engagement ring design. It took him far longer than he’d originally planned and he didn’t even charge me for the extra labor. The price was also competitive to the wholesale price I’d paid for the family jeweler, but the quality is far from comparable and he finished it very quickly since he knew our wedding was coming soon. I’m so grateful for the level of care and attention to detail he put into my ring stack and am so happy we found Montrose Jewelers for my rings and my husband’s band. We both cannot recommend Greg and Montrose Jewelers highly enough.”
“An An Jewelers, the booth in the back left corner, is wonderful! It’s run by two sisters, we worked with Ana to get my wedding band custom made and to buy my (now) husband’s wedding band. She connected us with the repair shop in the back to have my wedding band made, the guys back there are wonderful and they did an incredible job! We came back a few times so they could make sure the mold fit and it really does fit perfectly and is exactly what I wanted. My husband absolutely loves his wedding band, too and they were such a pleasure to work with!”

“Shout out to David. We needed my engagement ring re done and he took the princess cut diamond and remade the whole thing while keeping the design the exact way we wanted. I was so happy and impressed. It took a lot longer than expected but 5 stars all around! He made wax molds and showed us throughout the process and we made small changes and he was more than happy to create a new mold to show us to make sure it was perfect before he actually custom built the ring. He then pointed us in the right direction for ring insurance, which I really appreciated.”

Usually I don't like wearing rings but he had a custom sized gold ring in 18K made for me that is the most comfortable I've ever worn. Five stars for customer service, quality and price.”

“Man, these guys took my MPC 2500, which was painted up and dinged, and yet fully functional, and give me a loan which was extremely helpful. I got the MPC back, but lost it in storage. It was an unfortunate circumstance to lose my MPC, but the memory of them taking care of me in this way was very much appreciated! I have since replaced the MPC 2500, with a new one (they don't make them anymore so it's not exactly new, but fully functional and awesome)! Thank you, guys.”

“I spent $1,100 on a watch and the bracelet as a gift. The following day I returned so I can make the bracelet smaller but I was told I would have to pay $45 to make the bracelet smaller. The bracelet cost $90 and yet they're trying to charge me half of the price of the bracelet just to make it smaller. The watch I bought was also $250 over what the actual company was selling it for online. I am coming back tomorrow to return the bracelet and this will be my first and last time ever doing business with this place.”
