“My husband and I were looking for a jeweler to update my wedding set for our 50th wedding anniversary. We went to the jewelry district where there are hundreds of businesses from which to choose. We expected it to be a long day looking for the best match. As luck would have it, the first store we visited was Wilson's and it was also the last store we visited. There was no need to look any further. Wilson and his lovely wife were so nice and welcoming. We felt comfortable right away. We discussed all of the options and Wilson was so knowledgeable and helpful making it easy to reach a decision. The ring he made for me is stunning. It's rare to find this type of artistry these days. Wilson was able to use the diamonds and gold from my original wedding set so I got "something old and something new" , the best of both worlds. “The experience of designing a ring with Julio for our 20th anniversary was such a pleasure. From start to finish. We learned so much about gems and metals. Having a ring designed by an actual gemologist was fascinating. The selection of stones was fabulous. After a few meetings on zoom we had designed a ring that was even better than I imagined. I was set up with a 3D version of the ring first to make sure the size and fit was okay. A few weeks later I had our ring. I can't stop admiring it and it's one of a kind! Eli was the only one who invested time to get to know a little about me, the reason for shopping, and treating me as a person rather than trying to sell me an engagement ring right away. Eli definitely knows the value of building a first impression that remains with you as you compare other vendors to his level of service. Eli invested his time to explain the 4 C's, show how each C looks like by comparing a high-grade diamond to a low-grade one. In addition, Eli has many analogies that are funny and also convincing. Lastly, Eli weighed options to consider when purchasing a diamond to help you be a savvy shopper and make an informed decision on your engagement ring purchase. One example, many customers tend to focus on the grade-scale rather than how the diamond actually looks when mounted on a ring. Why spend, for example, $8k on an engagement ring with a high-grade rating when you purchase one for half the price. If you're looking at both rings and both shine similarly, who will know the difference or tell what quality it is with the naked eye? Analogies like this were things he pointed out which assisted me to make a decision on the final purchase. Overall, amazing experience, did not feel obligated to purchase on the first visit, like a car salesman. His customer-centric approach overshadowed the other vendors we visited. We'll definitely be recommending him to friends and we'll be returning to purchase our wedding bands in a couple months.”

“My friend and I weren't able to make it to Brooklyn Charm in Ventura to make DIY charm bracelets so we came here instead to make stone bracelets which turned out to be such a LOVELY EXPERIENCE!! The workers were so sweet and welcoming, they gave us muffins and made us feel so comfortable at the bracelet bar. Vibes were just immaculate. They have a wide selection of stones along with a couple of charms, beads, and metal spacers. Bracelets were $55 each and they can be adjusted based on your wrist size. I recommend coming here with a friend or a small group since the shop is pretty small and there were only two seats at the bar!”
