I went to buy a pair of shoes, and the only pair left was the display. The manager offered me 10% off to take them which I said no. He proceeded an order to send me another pair supposedly new, however, the store sent me the same pair they had on display. Their service sucks

Macy's is a far cry from the hey-day back in the 90's they still have different brands such as Nike, DKNY, Kenneth Cole etc they have a good selection of makeup and perfume and cologne I stopped to buy CK1 and obsession but the prices of everything have gone up which I know is the economy we're living in now but they have got to do something to change it up or they're going to be losing customers left and right

Macy's is quite pricey, but the merchandise they sell is top notch. I purchased a pair of blue Levi's, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I searched for the pants, tried them on and paid for them in about 10 minutes. Add about 5 minutes from my car to Macy's and back to my car. I'm Happy.

Terrible customer service . My brother bought a suit in a last minute rush for funeral services which were unexpected, and across the country. He picked up the suit, packed it, and got on the plane -- only to find he was given the wrong suit when he was getting dressed for services. The suit was at least three sizes too big, we had to find a way to make it work. We tried to return when we arrived home, and not only were the employees unhelpful - they were also unkind and offered no understanding of the situation for which they were partly culpable - since they handed him the wrong suit from behind the counter. Disorganized, lazy, and downright rude. Will never shop at this particular Macys again, and honestly not sure I'll go to any Macys again. Way to make a really tough situation worse.

This store is a very busy one and they opened up a Starbucks inside Macys which made it a busier store but that’s kinda cool that u can grab ur coffee and shop ??♀️however I wish they could add shopping carts for customers instead of a coffee shop

My wife and I stopped by here to pick up her online order of a dress. We been to Glendale mall a bunch of time but never visited this Macy store until now. The order pickup area is on the second floor. We thought it was on the first floor until we asked a worker. The jewelry and etc are on the first floor. The line to pick up your online order wasn't too bad. It was a quick and easy process for us. There a Starbucks inside this Macy on the second floor across from the customer service or online pickup area.
