“These guys are great! They explain everything, give me options and rationale, and are very quick and efficient. And even being that they are all pretty young, you can tell they have been trained well in customer service. That’s not something you experience everywhere. I’ll definitely keep coming to them for my maintenance .”

“I came for an Uber/Lyft inspection. I called first to confirm and they assured me they even had the necessary form. (This means that I didn’t have to go find a printer and bring the form, yay!) When I arrived, I was greeted and had minimal wait time. The process was quick and easy. I was done in less than 15min! And since I’m already an Uber driver, the inspection fee was discounted. Double yay! I’ll be coming here for my next oil change ?.”

“I have been a loyal customer at the Firestone on Central Avenue in Glendale for about20 years. I’ve always been satisfied with their fast service, respectful staff, and high-quality work. “Great customer service and very honest. Fred and his staff are true professionals. This place was highly recommended by a lot of people here locally. Fred honored the estimate for new tires, installation and alignment he gave me in May. He was never pushy. Overall a great experience . I’ll absolutely be back!”

“My tire got a nail stuck in it and at first I went to Costco to see if they can repair it but since it wasn’t a Costco tire, they couldn’t provide the service. They recommended me to this place, just a few blocks down. I am beyond satisfied. He charged me 20$, grabbed the tire, and fixed it within 15 mins, maybe less. I have been using it for about three weeks now and driving long distances. Safe to say that he did a pretty good job. Check them out!”

“I have been coming to this place for over 10 years. It’s a good family owned business. Richard the manager/ owner has always been professional and helpful to all his customers. The whole team at this place always do an utmost great job specially this guy name German who always cleans my vehicles immaculately, spotless, and do extra clean at all times. I also noticed the chemicals they used for your vehicles are top notch good quality compared to other Carwash places around the area. Not to mention their auto mechanic department is also amazing. This the only place I take my vehicles for oil change. I strongly give them solid 5 stars for always giving your customers the best service as possible.”
