“I come in during the week after work and Patrick is really AMAZING!!! I have brought Lexy in, to wash her one day. Patrick helped me fix the wash that ate my token. He even provided treats because lexy was nervous. When I come in other times, Patrick is helping customers, straightening out the store, cleaning pet wash, ringing people. AND he does it all with a smile on his face. Wow go patrick!”

“Took my Mini American Shepherd here for the first time today after having a bad experience at my previous groomer. Many places have struggled to get her cut right but Pet's Fifth Avenue did an amazing job! The staff was extremely friendly and understanding of my very anxious pup and she even got to leave with a little toy. Will definitely be back!”
“Family has been coming here for years to get pet supplies and recently began utilizing their grooming and dental care service. Our pup Louie is a bedlington terrier and can be a bit fussy with grooming. He has really sensitive skin and also gets a really specific haircut because of his breed. Andersen’s has done a great job at being gentle with him and giving him a good bath and cut each time.”

“Surprised by the negative reviews. We come here weekly for our pets’ needs. We’ve purchased a bearded dragon, a goldfish, and betas from here. The tanks are always clean. We had an aquarium issue and they helped us get it back on track with the right solutions and free water testing. I haven’t interacted with the owner, but every employee has helped us patiently and with kindness - especially Juan & Anthony. My son comes in with dozens of animal questions and they always listen and respond in a genuine & friendly way.”

“Amazing and friendly service. My Shiba is not the easiest to deal with. She is not aggressive but rather particular about the people who she chooses, as usual Shiba's do. Andy is great with my Shiba for grooming. She is always clean and in the best mood. Andy's is so great I left my Shiba for boarding for 5 days after scouting a place in Glassell Park that was not a fit for my dog. I came back and my dog was groomed and happy. Quick, easy and efficient.”

“This place is absolutely amazing. Today, my little cockatiel got attacked by an eagle. I let him outside (in his cage) for some fresh air and the eagle was picking at the cage and almost took my little baby. He survived, but his wing had been nicked. I was told to go to Pets R Us to see if they may have any medicine for him. Harut, the wonderful owner, took him out the cage and checked his little wing. He said all was alright and told me what to do to avoid infection. He gave me peace of mind, knowing he had been checked by Harut (who must have a lot of experience with birds since he was so gentle and so swift while looking at my little Tito). I also looked at some toys for my bird and some treats. Harut had a wide selection of items that were priced very well. My new go-to pet store is Pets R Us! Harut, if you're reading this... once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH!”
