“Love taking my dog here to give him a bath in the self serve area. There’s a tiny fenceex off area out front that he also enjoys running around in after his bath. Everything is always clean and employees are very friendly and knowledgeable”

“Always a delight to encounter helpful and friendly staff when searching for pet products! I was looking for a specific pancreatic diet for my dog and staff were able to special order just one packet of food to test out before committing entirely. I was so appreciative since I have a picky eater and was glad to not be wasteful. The store has a wide variety of food, snack, and toys to shop from. There is parking right out front and around the corner aside from their small lot in the back.”

“Brought my dog Chloe for a bath today. she is normally a very nervous dog. Upon our arrival, she was greeted by the staff and immediately warmed up to them, which is a rare occasion. I felt very comfortable leaving her here once I saw how happy she was with the staff. When I picked her up, she smelled great, and her nails were trimmed perfectly. they also had the cutest selection of clothing and I was able to get a cute summer dress for her. I highly recommend this establishment. I will continue to be a recurring customer for all her grooming needs.”

“This place is absolutely amazing. Today, my little cockatiel got attacked by an eagle. I let him outside (in his cage) for some fresh air and the eagle was picking at the cage and almost took my little baby. He survived, but his wing had been nicked. I was told to go to Pets R Us to see if they may have any medicine for him. Harut, the wonderful owner, took him out the cage and checked his little wing. He said all was alright and told me what to do to avoid infection. He gave me peace of mind, knowing he had been checked by Harut (who must have a lot of experience with birds since he was so gentle and so swift while looking at my little Tito). I also looked at some toys for my bird and some treats. Harut had a wide selection of items that were priced very well. My new go-to pet store is Pets R Us! Harut, if you're reading this... once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH!”

“we live out of the way but this location might have just become my new go to after just one visit. At our last location they told us we would need surgery a month from now. We came in today and that issue was just resolved with no surgery needed, then they even threw in a nail trimming on top of it. If your pet needs help this is the place to go.”
